I'm an empath obsessed with creative problem-solving. Having worked across several industries (music, fashion, entertainment, hospitality, health & wellness, and technology) one thing has remained a constant: my passion for being of service to others. I believe firmly in the power of human connection and take pride in being part of a force of energy that is changing our world for the better.

My mission in life is to help other highly ambitious people who are currently in or are ready for a dramatic life shift learn how to live a more mindful, successful, and fulfilling life.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet success criteria at the time. I have an adaptable framework for project management that I've used on an array of projects across multiple disciplines.

EVENT MARKETING, MANAGEMENT & PRODUCTION

Event marketing is the experiential marketing of a brand, service, or product through memorable experiences or promotional events. Event management & production is the application of project management to the creation and development of small and/or large-scale personal or corporate events such as festivals, conferences, ceremonies, weddings, formal parties, concerts, or conventions.

COMMUNICATION STRATEGY 

Strong communication is the foundation for any healthy relationship - personal or business. I specialize in identifying communication silos and/or breakdowns. Then, I create and implement new communication strategies to achieve personal or business goals.

CONTENT STRATEGY & PRODUCTION

Content strategy is the planning, development, and management of content—written or in other media. My experience in content production includes music, videos, photography, blog posts, infographics, and written memos. 

FULFILLMENT & CLARITY COACHING

Personal fulfillment as a practice is a relatively new concept, though it has been practiced in various forms and methods for centuries. My brand of clarity coaching empowers individuals to uncover what freedom and fulfillment means personally to them, and then supports clients in cultivating a daily practice of fulfillment.

MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is a type of meditation in which you focus on being intensely aware of what you're sensing and feeling in the moment, without interpretation or judgment. Practicing mindfulness involves breathing methods, guided imagery, and other practices to relax the body and mind and help reduce stress.

New York Code + Design Academy / Nov 2015 - Nov 2016

Created and managed event programming & activations across all markets. Tracked and measured event performance metrics to determine effectiveness of events and measure correlation between enrollment & revenue. Built brand awareness through event marketing & attendee engagement. Created brand partnerships within each market through event collaboration & sponsorship opportunities. Increased community engagement within & outside of the student and graduate population.

Communications Manager

Splash / Aug 2018 - Present

Responsible for building and managing Splash’s corporate communications and events programs with a heavy focus on executive and internal communications. Collaborate directly with executives to bring their stories to life, help shape Splash’s internal communications strategy, and support external marketing communications programs. Owner of Splash social and PR channels and strategy, as well as key driver of cultural programs and strategy.

Blak Squared Creative / Jan 2014 - May 2018

As Co-Founder and Principal Manager, responsibilities included: Facilitate and negotiate business deals & contracts for clients and all creative talent; Handle all invoicing and manage creative project budgets; Create and execute Marketing & Branding campaigns for clients/projects; Liaise with Tour Agents, Publicists, Product Managers & Label Reps; Offer A&R Admin consulting to outside clients; Manage planning & execution of Event Production projects; Determine & produce necessary creative/visual assets for creative talent & projects.

Coordinated and managed artists’ recording schedules & booked studio sessions. Created and managed A&R recording & travel budgets. Collected and handled publishing information, album credits & split sheets. Liaised between artist and producer/songwriter management, attorneys & A&R Admin for producer declarations & long-form agreements. Worked closely with Marketing and Publicity during EP & album rollouts.
